Never been but would love to go, on my 'to do' list. Fastest road race circuit in the world. Lots of beautiful places to ride/see around Ulster too.

The UGP website links you to 'visit Lisburn':

Here's a couple of places from a quick google:

http://www.moiraguesthouse.com/

And some ideas on UKGSer:

Or you could ask on realroadracing.com maybe:

Hi Reg sorry mate i can't help with accomodation as i used to stay with a mate

But while your there try to ride the Antrim coast or at least some of it some of the bars just have to be tried, bar meals often include lobster caught that very morning dont forget to try Dulce[spelin] yes it's seaweed but tasty oh and potato bread, cakes, boxty, etc, if you venture south white pudding has to be tried
The sea food north and south is excellent you will find stalls at the side of the road selling fish and chips often the fish will be Dabs sometimes you will get two or three to a portion bl00dy lovely they are too

Nearly forgot happy aniversary both Dai
My bike shines when it rains!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's worth going for the bread and potato dishes alone the hospitality is a great bonus as well i have never been over when the racing is on but at other times i have been taken home to meet the family and stayed for a few days
Last time i was in the south i was invited to air someones holiday cottage that was being let out 3 weeks later i stayed for over two weeks no charge! i was also picked up every night and taken to the pub and supper was paid for as well!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mind saying that i have also slept in parks [Dublin] and pub car parks, layby's, etc tarpaulin off the bike type camping,
My bike shines when it rains!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for all your help.It is actually an old friend who asked me the question as he wants to go,but having seen Dai`s reply I might look at going with him.We have been to Dublin area a couple of times, which is great, never tried Ulster.
