Sorry Phil, meant to sticky this as I would do for all weekend trip threads. Now sorted. :)

Shame I can't make it though.

Hello Phil. Is this shindig still on? How many signed up? If it's still a goer, and there's accommodation availability, I'll look to book some leave. Cheers.

Mike :)

All still on, although a bit of a slow turn out so far (new trip always going to take a little while to find its feet).

Reg and Gwen (bikemad99) have booked there room ;-)

Done this route so far :D

Hopefully a couple of local friends should come for the ride out.

Phil,
Alan and myself do plan to be there--Must get round to booking the hotel. I think we may well stay a day or 2 longer IF the sun decides to play ball.

That's excellent Peter, makes sense to have a extra couple of days, it's a fair trek for you.

Incidentally Karen was talking to one of her clients the other day, who said she was in a party of 8 and had a really good meal in the hotel. :D

Lo Reg,
Sry to get back to you so late! wanted to check with the hotel about bookings. Seems like only you and Gwen confirmed at the moment so a bit disapointing    but there is still talk of other Trixters coming down. [probably waiting to see what the weather is gonna be like ]

There is still availability in the hotel and they will do the group meal.

On a positive note we do have some local friends who are coming for the ride out and meal so looking forward to some nice sunny skies, a good ride and lots of banter
[or is that Boxer Bollocks lol] :D

Hello chaps. Still waiting for confirmation of the leave and shift swap mixture I'll need to be able to attend. Should be able to do 1 night, but would like to do both. As soon as I can, I'll call the hotel. Fingers crossed that they'll still have space...

Mike, I don't think that you'll have too much trouble booking a room, look forward to meeting you.

Peter & Alan, don't speak too loud! But a little bit of sunshine has been booked.

Me and Karen are off to the Cochem on the Mosel Monday, back on 12th so shall start to organise a menu with the hotel, had dinner with a couple last night who shall be attending the ride out and meal, they had dinner at the Gascony this week and said it was excellent, not sure about beer choice but there's plenty of Hostelries to choose from, infact an old pub has just been refurbed which is just across the road, it's nice in there. :D
