Thankfully it's not snowed again here, although the low temps mean it's taking ages to melt, I'm hopeful it'll be mostly melted by the Welsh Weekend :)

Don't be so pessimistic Dai, have a little faith, and keep your fingers crossed

We can always hope thats right Phil, the met office is 6-7 miles from my house and most days I could give a better forecast by looking out of my window. :D

All I'll say is print out article 14 of the HRA I keep a copy in my wallet.

To victimise people for their association with property, is contrary to article 14

"Article 14
Prohibition of discrimination
The enjoyment of the rights and freedoms set forth in this Convention shall be secured without discrimination on any ground such as sex, race, colour, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, association with a national minority, property, birth or other status"

http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1998/42/schedule/1

It's worth noting that "Every year approximately 10 people die and 150 are injured in Snowdonia...." whilst using the mountains. I don't notice the police ever jumping up and down about these injuries and loss of life.

Hi Steve

Just you or you and someone?

Don't forget to let the Wild Pheasant Hotel know if you're coming to the Saturday evening dinner with us all?
