Right all, been sorting this out with the hotel and they're holding the price to the same 49.95 again, however they did say at that level the Saturday night group dinner would have to become a fixed menu offering.

I didn't think that would be accepted so I asked them what surcharge there'd be for a multiple choice menu on the Saturday and the response was a very reasonable £5.95.

So the costs are
49.95 pppn dbb on Friday
49.95+5.95 pppn dbb Saturday
With a £12 surcharge for single occupancy

Steve and Julie, I've asked them to reserve your usual room in advance, let me know if that's ok

Oh and the hotel has changed policy so they ask for a £25 fee at booking time. This is not related to us but they've had a lot of no shows hence the changes.

As usual they ask that Saturday menu choices are made when booking in on the Friday

When you book just mention Steve Parry Boxertrix weekend and if possible I'd appreciate it if you could post here with who and how many you've booked in

Cheers

Steve - if you want to start a fresh Wales w/e thread (now that the poll's done & dusted) I'll sticky it for you. This thread can then be locked.

Will keep things a bit neater. :)
