Mine came with pilot sport from the factory, didn't like them one little bit and took them off early and threw them in the skip.

Just back from York in the pissing rain! The Pilot Roads didn't hiccup once, not that I was really pushing them. Mind, did a few hard braking routines due to the usual right-hand lane shenanigans with the car brigade...

On the S back home I use Pilot Sports on the S and I really like them. Not that we have too much problem warming the tyres most of the year!

The Bridgestones worked very well on the Pan today during the monsoon in Leicestershire - didn't aquaplane once down the flooded A5 :D One thing I can say for the H*onda is that it washes easily.

Since we already have a tyre thread running, I just put a new BT020 on the rear and apparently the list prices have all jumped again.

r.r.p. (Bridgestone supplier catalogue) for the 020 rear (std rim) is now £147

I didn't pay that I hasten to add coz my man does a me a deal but it's still a shock.

Sportecs are off my list. I hated the oversteer and noise from the front when new, found them just acceptable when half used and now the rear is sliding around like anything.

You'll be needing a louder exhaust and more throttle - front tyre noise won't be an issue :)
