Lower ball joint top nut

Hi all, cannot find the torque setting for the nut on top of the lower balljoint! Would anyone know, TIA

I posted my advice at 13:12 with the clip of the manual

Thanks, i couldn't get a torque wrench in there I just used a 12point spanner
