Are the brembos the same all the way through?

Watch this space :) AutoCAD drawing complete and emailed to local engineering company, R clips have been theoretically sourced

I'll look into rear caliper but could someone confirm that there is no differences between the Brembo badged older calipers and the 2003 circa BMW badged brembos. The pdf for the R1100S shows the brembos but with slightly different pin arrangements, the later models like mine have a straight pin of 4.5mm diameter for 45.5mm.
