Lower footpegs

Postby BR11S » Tue Feb 28, 2006 10:57 pm

Anybody made this mod?
Yeh I know you are all worried about an extra few inches of lean angle but my legs are getting old.
Guy in Germany is selling a kit and I thought I might risk a set.

I got some from a bloke in Australia - luuuuuvly and comfy they are too. You just have to get used to your feet scraping on the road a bit. I think they lower by about an inch but you can get sets that do more. I've got the short torque arm as well to raise the ride height so you can still get plenty (probably as much as standard) of lean before the pegs go down.

Certainly makes a difference when you're doing a really really long journey anyway

I had the Aussie ones as well but I think he's stopped making them now.
They drop the pegs an inch down and inch back. Well worth it.
