Dear god - what were BMW thinking of????? My daughter can colour in better than this. It disgusting! Can you tell the shape of the bike with a colour scheme like this? I can't! BMW need to clear out their "colouring-in" team and get a new bunch of 5 year olds to do the job. On what world does this look good????

Looking at that rear seat, your missus isn't going to be pleased!

Okay - calmed down after seeing that colour scheme. Here's my two penneth.

I don't think that it is bold enough. They've obvioulsy wanted to go fairly radical, hence the rear end (which I like!), but the front is too like the old S. The new front fairing could be a direct replacement for the existing one. If you look at the side view it does actually look like the old one! As for the sides, well not too much you can do there, but if you compare it to the new F800 it's hard to tell the difference.

THe mirrors look good, but they are the same as the K1200S, and I do like the seat. Looks like you can hang way off that :)

Overall - not bad but could have done a lot better!

Strange comparison S V St Triumph maybe, haveing said that looks to me like BM are about to drop a monumental bollock, single seater sports bike??? small plank on the back for passenger!!! Gixxer thou,ZX10,R1 but not something with a engine that wouldn't pull you out of bed!!!,it looks nice but can't see a use for it,and with the new 800 twin comeing along to boot.

Why do you think it is a strange comparison? Seems fairly obvious to me. Both are slightly odd ball sports bikes. Power is going to be similar, but will come with different deliveries. Neither are going to be very practical, and both are going to be rely heavily on brand identity to sell them.
