Northumberland Biker

Postby high_tower » Fri Dec 15, 2006 4:15 pm

Hello all,

I've made a less than grown up decision and bought a 2001 r100s with a full vanderline exhaust system, boxercup paint job, chip and k&n filter.

i've previous had a z750 and a ccm r30 supermoto but this bike is awesome! i'm pretty happy besides a few niggles that m&s will fix!

any other bikes up northumberland way?

Welcome!

Northumberland? Mmmmm..that's in Englandshire, which is one of the southern Scottish regions................

At least you are fairly central for everything.

Welcome High Tower,

Nice to see another northeasterner on the site! I'm down in Newcastle but do most of my riding in and around Northumberland and Cumbria. The bike's in semi-hibernation at the moment due to the poor winter weather, but it'd be nice to meet up sometime.

Well with all these new members from 'UP NORTH/DOWN SOUTH (well from Scotland) we should have a big bike meet up, when we all travel down to Burton (annual Boxertrix meet) next year.

Reg mentioned that it would be moved to June next year instead of May, due to the weather.

I am sure Reg will post something in the New Year, if not sooner.
