151 members so far, but I count about 50 non-submitting members. Any idea how we can get these people into submitting their stories and boxer-bollox :P

That's a very good ratio of posters/non-posters actually, any forum that has more than about 15% of the total registered members talking is doing VERY well.

(take for example Visordown or Ridersite - they have about 5% of the registration list posting).

If you want a serious answer?.........As a quiet reader rather than an active poster of threads/replies I suggest that you stop worrying :-)
You regulars seem to know each other reasonably well and we "outsiders" do not want to embarrass ourselves or commit a social gaffe so we are very happy reading! Honest! We get a lot out of the site being quiet!
I only contributed AFTER I'd met up with a couple of riders/writers so maybe the answer to the "poll" is to invite us to a colestorol feast so we can put personalities to the avatars. Grommit is the main man but after I met him briefly in Helmsley I realised that he wasn't likely (famous last words) to respond with a sarcastic put down so now I write :)

Nope. PM's can be a bit slow round here. Got some of that braid here BTW for the exhaust clamps.
