And all the additional / standard parts passed on to the new owner too.

Thanks for all the help from the Trixter community.

Someone has got a cracking bike. I was secretly hoping to sell my BCR and I would have bought that

Dave,

trouble is - selling bike in secret means no-one knows you' re selling it - ergo no sale :D

but you have missed a great bike , that is true.

Lol. I had a couple of people locally that were interested. I hate advertising bikes for sale cos of the tyre kickers. I've still got my 12s - having another was just pure greed!!!

Sorry Dave - but at least you have been saved from greed!

Funny there was no interest till a week ago, then within 2 hours of selling it on Saturday I had two phone calls to see if it was still for sale.

Actually - I should have got off my mark, sold my Boxercup, and bought it myself!

I wouldn't feel bad about selling the HP2 later - then.

Al
If I am ever on life support - Unplug me......
Then plug me back in..........

See if that works .....

Selling is a funny old business. Probably as illogical as the weather picking up for a few days.

Last time we moved house, viewings had tailed off and we were going away on holiday. Flipped a coin as to whether we let the agent do viewing while we were away. House sold in the time we drive from South of England to the Dordogne.
Right person, right time. You only need 1 buyer - ever.

Hi Folks,

[smilie=biker.gif] I bought the bike from John.
I nearly bought a 1200S last year, but my eye was caught be an M1100 Evo instead (last of the air cooled Monsters).

Looking forward to getting the miles in and meeting up with fellow enthusiasts at some point. I'm based near Stockport; my garage is always open to help out others if needed.

Already planning a few mods to the bike :D

Stanley, you've bought a great bike - I was the owner before John and I bought the bike from somewhere near Middlesborough so the bike's gradually making its way back up North from Brighton!

Kept the Monster........ Sold an enduro bike!
Not a lot in common between the two bikes, other than them being air-cooled twins. The Monster is smaller, tighter, more upright, and a damn sight noisier!

Stop upsetting the guy Chris - anyway I was originally from Hartlepool, but managed to escape the north east a few years before the bike!
