There has been some interest lately in buying a R1200st,and as I am no longer using mine I would like to offer it for sale on this forum. This is probably the best ST in the country(maybe the world  ) having had 2 owners from new,the mileage now is 6,900,it had done around 2,000 when I bought it .Many of you have seen it over the years and know how it has been looked after and how gently it has been ridden by me,mostly 2 up with Gwen on the back. The price would be £5000.

Blimey Reg :o , is that your policy? Shift 'em on when the mileage gets a bit high? :D

Mike, too many toys ,not enough sunny days, too much polishing to be done, but it keeps me happy.

Tis a shame Reg but you've got to please yourself - do what makes you happy. What does Gwen think of it all?

"I'd love to see you and Gwen on a Boxertrix weekend on the Enfield"

Maybe there's room in the busy annual Boxertrix schedule for an exclusively "classic" bike weekend.
Shorter route.
Tail end charlie in a transit van with all the tools and we all have to ride our old classic bikes.
Mine is a 1970 Triumph T100C once it gets rebuilt over this next winter.

Ok it was just a thought.

Well off-topic now, but you might want to leave space in the back of that Transit........

As you know I am looking for one of these, yours is on my list but I will keep looking for one that is cheaper and nearer to me for now. Many thanks.
