There's no way you can say that if she wasn't on the phone, she'd have seen the guy jump the light and stopped. It's also not her responsibility to allow for others misusing the highway code and jumping lights anyway. I think she got the careless driving charge because she was over the speed limit....

Mean looking sickle. Those floating mudguard thingies do look odd - Diavels wear summit similar. Isn't there a regulation which states that a fixed part of a bike must protrude beyond the rearmost point of the back wheel? That would explain the ridiculous eyesore rear mudguard set ups on sports bik...

+1, Spirited, but nobody seemed to be out their depth. Personally, the only thing I don't like in group rides, is bike-v-bike overtakes, Should all only need to worry about cars, not each other
