Being serious, I doubt it would be asbestos Unless they are currently undertaking building works where it is being exposed.
I would guess some kind of health risk such as Legionnaires or similar in the aircon/water systems.

Yes Steve, keeping the BCR. It's part of the family so is going nowhere soon. No plans to buy another bike as the reason for selling the HP2 was I just don't ride much these days. If that was likely to change anytime soon I wouldn't have got rid of the HP2. Very sad to see it go but hope the new own...
