Have you checked the battery is in good nick mark?

It's correctly adjusting the TPS (throttle position sensor). It is often to be found to have been set incorrectly at the factory, and very much capable of producing said problem.

You can blow them out with ease 2 at a time with compressed air.

Steve, the S is the only one with 4.5mm discs from stock. If you use the spacers of the R1150R, you wil have normal clearance as the R1150R has 5mm discs standard.

If you buy new bolts (you should), they come with the spacers and washers and springs.
