Help / Advise needed please

Hi,
Can anyone tell me please of there were any major changes between the 1998 models and the 2003?
My boxer cup 03 has been mashed up quite a bit but i have access to spares from a 98 "s".... I am looking at bits such as the frame, subframe, levers, clock brackets etc....
Anyone any info pls?

I went for the road legal system which uses original header pipes and a single up pipe to the rear cans.
retail was £1079 for the system, chip and filter all fitted, but I got it for £960.
I like it :o)
