I have a pair of Hornig indicator lenses that I have never fitted. They come complete with amber bulbs. Currently over £32 from Hornig with postage.

Nope, my original plan was to repair it and left it in the garage. Decided not to put it back or repair / replace it. That reminds me I need to get some original caliper bolts and replace the Pyramid bolts, oh and take the hugger to the tip!

My Pyramid hugger failed spectacularly on my 1100S and jammed itself in the back wheel. Luckily at low speed, so the ensuing locked rear wheel was dealt with without issue. It hangs in my garage and I wouldn't ever think of replacing it. Bloody dangerous.

I had exactly the same on my 1100S. Mechanic suggested a Y Piece to replace it, which luckily I had. I have since obtained an unused catalyic converter and end pipe. BMW mechanic did say that in Germany he had experiences of the loose parts in the cat blocking the flow of exhaust gas which then shut...
