First off, I have to say that you can have confidence that the Laser chip (and more importantly the map it contains) will be fine. Laser made a lot of exhausts for the 11S and there is no doubt at all that they know what they are doing. For reference the Laser USA guy - Robert Foster - is still acti...

Wot they said but you will also need to disconnect the brake cylinder from the foot peg assembly as the position of the cylinder is fixed due to the hard piping. It looks like there is an extension plate behind the cylinder to allow the foot peg to be position lower so this will need to be removed ...

Not sure about the dodgy starting, could be a few things - electrical from the sound of it. I'll think about that one. The vibration is easier to to diagnose. Have you checked the coil packs /HT leads? If faulty or worn they can break down at higher revs and cause a misfire although the Throttle-bod...

Unfortunately, I had to decline as August this year is proving to be much busier than I had anticipated. I really want to get around Oulton too, I've heard many good things about it. I'll get there someday.

I would love to stay on for that. Really I would, but I have a very early start on Tuesday 18th so I'm pushing my luck going in the first place. For sure, I'll be doing a couple in September to make up for it.. Cadwell then: We had a great day and the people at MSV Cadwell performed to their usual b...

Just found out that the fuel pumps at Cadders at kaput so you'll need to got out to refuel or bring a couple of cans in the trailer. I'll have 40litres with me so should have a little spare if needed...

I know mine is out 3.5mm. I cant feel it and the bike isn't dragging either way.

I thought of another thing that *may* be causing your problem but i'll admit its a long shot. You may have a dragging brakepad somewhere. Perhaps check that you dont have a siezed caliper..

Thats a good question. I would expect a little run-out as the front and back wheels on an R11s arn't exactly in line (dont panic, its built that way on purpose), but if its a big deviation when you let go the bars, then I would suggest looking at all joints and bearings on the running gear. From bot...

Another thing, check the throttle cables where they seat on the throttle body adjusters. Occasionally they dont seat back down into the adjusters properly after you mess with them and that can cause rough running problems.....

It's definitely overpriced, but Ebay Classifieds generally are. Left to an open auction, the prices are more realistic. A recent Sports Model with Ohlins went for only £3600: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151701695533?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT On that basis, a standa...
