Not sure if they do a PC V for the R1100s? You can get a PC III, - I think I got mine from a French vendor. There is one here, as cheap as I have seen (French too, by coincidence) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Power-Commander-III-pour-BMW-R1100S-97-04-/291394187164?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_71&hash=item4...

I've been around BMWs for some time now - several Airhead Cafe Racers, a few Kay Streetfighters [ one ongoing ], Y Trike project [ also ongoing ! ], and now a modern take on the Cafe Racer genre. Somewhere between a Retro and Concept style :? It's not meant to be a copy of any one style - jus...

I come from a day job involved with the design and manufacture of replica sports cars - we used heat shielding for a number of applications where heat transfer [ GRP bodies ] might have been an issue. This was especially useful when exhaust parts ran through a tight / enclosed space. However, on the...

Beachcomber - new here

Hi Guys, been involved with bikes all my life, actively building for the past 55 years +. Mostly Cafe Racers - in the day and since I "retired" 15 years ago. My day job was the design and manufacture of replica [ full size ! ] sports cars - Cobra, Porsche, Jag. These days I carry out desig...
