M initial thought would be that the rev counter isn't accurate. I ride mine hard any never really touch the red line, it's all over by 7K power wise anyway

I tapped into the heated grips wiring for mine, seeing as they're not fiyted on my bcr. Still haven't got round to fitting my inforad yet. But I'll find something under the seat. Probably the aux socket

I've used optiglanz. And it is utterly stunning stuff. Literally spray on wash of. Gets rid of blueing and all sorts. I would warn that it's evil stuff and even wearing surgical gloves I managed to get a mild burning sensation.
