i went for my normal size and got shocking headaches, tight across my forhead so now i;m in a size up and its great

you can afford to go bigger BMW sell new internal pads if it becomes too loose

great lid though!!

Am I being a NUMPTY? I have no buttons on my key, have no alarm but I'm sure I have an immobiliser all the same? I'm sure I read somewhere that the 1200s has a coded key set-up

Anyone tell me what type of Immobiliser is fitted to the R1200s?

I need to know what type it is for my insurer, they do not list a BMW Immobiliser and want specific detail

It's an 06 model

manual on cd

I bought a cd manual off ebay for my GS, couple of quid and a BMW manual copy.

Had the Clymer for my last 1100s very comrehensive too... should've kept that me thinks, I let it go with the last BCR
