Same here, 45year old boiler, only 65% efficient but can still get parts for it unlike new boilers made of cheap metal that are engineered to disintegrate after 8-10 years, with suspended wooden floors and a cellar it would cost a fortune to upgrade my 120 year old house to make any form of heat pum...

Dave, get yourself some left hand drill bits, you can get a combined left hand drill and screw extractor set from Amazon quite reasonably priced, start small and work up, you may find once the drill warms it up it will come out as the drill cuts in, used them successfully on Aero engines in the past...

I feel your pain Chris, the seat to footrest height on the R is 2 inches less than the GS, unhappy wife with sore knees!!

Getting short notice for May, might be best to bin it for this year, and get our heads together in the Autumn for 2023, the Hospitality sector is still struggling to get back to normal at the moment, in another 12 months things should hopefully be better.
