Item on the local news tonight, 13 of the 17 BMW 1200s removed from the beach after the Napoli grounding have been registered with the salvage people, but police have siezed two of the remaining four from a lockup in axminster, hope nobody on here was waiting for a delivery!!!!

If you are happy with the boots apart from the leaking why not consider goretex boot liners from an army surplus store, you may have to wear thinner socks but for about £10 you can keep using a pair of comfy boots and stay dry. If I am doing long trip I put them and a pair of socks in a jacket pocke...

Regarding the cameras at exeter, they are up and running. I know they cannot see a bike number plate but the area is also monitored by cameras on poles so I am not sure if they are linked. Before I had pinlock in my Shoei I used one of those neoprene nose guard thingies that velcro in the front of the helmet, worked well but I always wanted to scratch my nose after about 2 miles, very frustrating. as said earlier not breathing is the best option. :D

I am in the process of moving house, the new garage is away from the house in a block and has no power supply.
