'tis done, and no problems. :D

I went for Harrow Rd as Bill Bunn's is a little too close to my former employer (and almost certainly meant having to run the gauntlet of cameras, etc).

Thanks again to all!

Thanks all for feedback!

I will give it a go next week as soon as the sun comes out for long enough (as I don't want to ruin months of half hearted and somewhat sad polishing on such a short trip!).

And, while we're at it...

Agreed on ITV.

But, the papers are even worse! Having missed MotoGP Saturday, the reports in the papers were, as per usual, minimal. A tiny paragraph in the Sunday Times doesn't quite cut it...Rossi won. Well thanks very much.

Pads

I had terrible but intermittent judder a couple of years back... I initially thought it was to do with heat, as it was intermittent, but no, warm or hot, slow or fast , there it was... Even through a BMW service...still there. Until I had the pads changed at FWR. All gone. So I'd suggest readi...

Ahhh...one of my favourite restaurants in London...or anywhere else come to that.

Found it...

It doesn't actually say, but the guy who runs it (Hugh Mackie) owns"Sixth Street Specials" on 6th Street, and it mentions hanging around 6th Street on a "chilly Saturday". And they are all parked outside the Sidewalk.

I think...

Can't find the article at the moment, but, as I lived there a while, I *think* the picture of the meeting place was the "Sidewalk Cafe" in "Alphabet City" near Tompkin Square... No idea what the time might be, but as the place is open 24/7 you should be able to pop in and ask...it's cheap and friend...

BT020s good

Pilot Powers better!

Though an interesting shape which causes the bike to drop a little faster than expected when new...about 5 minutes ;-)

As far as I can work out they have a deeper tread (as do BT014s) so last longer...if you don't just drive on motorways...

And what about insurance...

I bought a new S with Sports Package (and ABS!), and now (after a small mistake) I have an SS (with an SS sticker on it) and no ABS.

The difference...

Insurers decided that the SS was a group higher...sigh.

That's quite a few quid for an ugly extra S on the tail.

FWIW

I fitted the Laser BoxerCup Racing (road legal wasn't available at the time apparently) kit with chip last September...disconcertingly, it still makes me grin. Lots. :D
