Sorry chaps i saw it some where early this morning (not in the papers) and my first reaction was WTF so cant post a link, at least it kept the site busy on a wet Sunday afternoon.

As of the 1st of March any UN-INSURED driver that's in a collision with YOUR VEHICLE will be entitled to COMPENSATION. Get your laughing gear around that.
