Hi, all. i'm going on a track day 22nd march. Have done a few before but this is the first on my boxercup. Anyone got any advice specific to the boxer beemer?

My 52 plate boxer cup is just the same although its never come outof first once in. Ive only ever had Jap bikes and Triumphs so the BMW box came as a bit of a shock to me to. Be patient with it , it just seems to be the nature of the beast

hi all. Im new to bmw I've had my 2003 boxer cup a few weeks but I am concerned about engine temp when sat in ques or at traffic lights. Any advice would be apreciated
