Problem solved - now a happy camper
I finally got a reply from the site.
The site owner replied himself and said he'd been OS for some time, leaving the operation of the site in someone else's hands........
Anyway, over the last few days I've had excellent service from mcreports.com

I tried to purchase R1100s articles from the MCREPORTS.COM website but after they charged the fee, I've heard nothing from them and emails go unanswered. This was nearly 2 months ago.

Love the site. Have been doing lots of searches over the last few months and enjoying the input everybody has been giving.
