Im a terrible enabler

All ally washers:

Engine Sump 16x20

Final Drive 14x18

Transmission doesnt have washer on drain plug, but curiously does on fill plug 18x22

Start with the obvious first, check that the Index marks align on the end of the gear shift shaft and lever...........
and if there are any obstructions, bits of rock, stone etc.

No, your toes are the sliders, bonkers, still, CROCS sandals seem quite popular with a few sportsbike riders round here, along with Kevlar(NOT) T shirts and shorts, mad.

Im definately getting old and grumpy, but Im glad, keeps me safe....ish.

Ahh, maybe it is just the insert then thats ceramic? Thats the bit I remember breaking, but it was Motorworks who told me they were Ceramic Pistons.

I have renewed and seals and pistons before when the front discs started to drag. That was successful. It has happened again so I have taken out what appeared to be the sticking pistons - one by one via pumping the lever - there must be a better way of taking so long and using gallons of fluid? I c...

I replaced all the bits on mine once, but also found that you could at a push rotate the bobbins a bit and retighten the bolts, it would sometimes remove most of the rotational play.
