The two files you are missing are just temporary ones that it creates every time it runs. (they are placed in the location you specify for the "xml folder" in "Settings".

I have mine set to C:\Documents and Settings\your name\Local Settings\Temp.

You have to have the files/folders in the root of whatever drive you have it on.

So if you want to run it from a hard disk, make sure that in the root of the drive, you have a file/folder list something like:

I've just had my first shot on one today - the K1200R is in for some warranty work.

What a sweet bike the R1200R is. I don't think I would buy one as it's all a bit plain (never been a fan of the single 7" round headlamp), but it does everything very well.

Gericke have a GoreTex XCR jacket and trousers with leather on all the crash vulnerable places. Best of both worlds. £400 for the jacket. Quite a sporty cut and being XCR, not even the top layer of fabric gets wet.
